Are your site plans stamped?

USA SITE PLANS does not offer stamped plans. Stamped plans are provided by Engineers and Surveyors, who usually charge upwards of $1,000 for this service. Should your local permit department require a stamped plan, it is advisable to reach out to an Engineer or a Surveyor.

Do you offer source files?

PDF files are included with all the site plans. DWG file extension costs an additional $9. DWG file extensions are useful to Engineers and other professionals.

What is the plot size?

Sizes available are 8.5" x 11", 11" x 17", and 24" x 36". The default size is 8.5" x 11" unless indicated otherwise by the customer.

What if I need my site plan edited?

If needed, we can edit your site plan. Please let us know how we can be of help. We strive to deliver excellent customer service.

Will you come to my home to get mapping data?

We collect data from diverse sources such as GIS county websites, mapping companies, and Google Maps. Drawing a site plan does not require visiting your home.

Do you include setbacks in your plans?

Setbacks are part of both our Standard Site Plans and Premium Site Plans. However, you need to request it for us to include it.

Pricing

For a Basic Site Plan the price is $99. For a Standard Site Plan the price is $119. Premium Site Plan costs $169.

What geographic areas are covered?

USA SITE PLANS serves addresses across all states in the United States, except for California. We do not provide drafting services for addresses located in California.

What are the scales of the site plans?

Scales can be 1"=2', 1"=5', 1"=10', 1"=20', 1"=30', etc. The scale indicated on the customer's site plan will depend on the size of the lot and the plot size selected by the customer.

Do you offer other features on site plans?

We offer other features at the customer's request. Choose Premium Site Plan and let us know what feature you would like added. We will add your request as long as the information is either provided by the customer or is publicly available online.

What other services do you offer?

Besides Site Plans we offer other drafting services such as Elevation Plans, Floor Plans, and Subdivision.

What is a setback?

Setbacks limit how close you can build to the property boundaries, roads, septic systems, wetlands, and shorelines. Setback standards can be obtained from your local zoning office

What is needed to draft a site plan?

All that is needed for a site plan is an address. Should you have additional documents to provide it will be used to draft the site plan

What is needed to draft a floor plan?

A rough hand sketch with dimensions is needed to draft a floor plan.

What is needed to draft an elevation plan?

Photos of the four sides of your property is necessary to draft an elevation plan.

Decks, Pools, Porches, and other features

We create site plans for various projects including decks, fences, pools, porches, and more. These elements can be integrated into your site plan. To include these features, we require the dimensions and locations of the decks, fences, pools, porches, etc.
